Application of Rs Theory in Researching Insider Control Problem

摘要：

weaken the phenomenon ofinsider controlis a chief problem in establishing modem enterprise system and corresponding principal-agent relations and carrying out the normalized corporate system management.To deal with the problem,firstly analyze the cause of phenomenon,and then find out the main effective factor.This is the main faction of attribute reduction in rough-set.The paper uses attribute reduction to find out the effective factor of“insider controland supply some ways for the latter research.
