The Study on the Strategy of Interorganizatioanl Learning in Strategic Alliances

摘要：

Making effective strategies of interorganzational learning to reduce the differential learning among partners is the one of the key problems in the management of strategic alliances.Because the process of the alliances learning among partners in strategic alliances is a multi-phases game,a two-phases game model is built by using the game theory.By the analysis of the equilibrium in the game,a effective strategies of interorganizational learning is proposed for different firms to reduce the differential learning among partners,keep the stability of the strategic alliance and enhance the validity of the interorganizational learning.
