Discussion on Legal Issues of Corporations Capital Decrease

摘要：

A self-contradictory attitude is presented by Chinese Codes of Corporation-legislative terms too loose and practice too tight.Substantial terms of capital decrease need to be clarified.Alternative ways of capital decrease and instances in co-partnership companies also need discussion.
