On Allocating Knowledge Resource for Enterprise Value Network

摘要：

Being a special resource in the organization,knowledge is the basis of core competitive power and high outstanding achievement of organization.From the point of view of relationship theory,this paper studies resource allocation mode of value network under new situation and makes a further analysis on allocation form and characteristic of tacit knowledge resource(ability)to provide valuable angle of view for realizing effective allocation of internal and external knowledge resource of enterprise in the value network.
