A Model and its Analysis on Duopoly Intellectual Property Protection Strength

摘要：

In this paper,based on the framework of model AJ and the establishment of duopoly intellectual property protection strength model,the following three stages are available for the decision making：the government determines the social welfare maximization as its objective to select the R&D spillage,an enterprise confirms the R&D achievements and the enterprise selects output.And with the theoretical derivation and analysis of them in both cases of complete noncooperation and incomplete cooperation,the conclusion that the protection on the intellectual property should be appropriate was obtained.In particular,aiming at the economic developmem characteristics On the present stage in China,the construction of intellectual property system should be appropriately improved and protecmd under the circumstances of encouraging our independent technology innovation and giving attention to the effective collocation of social resources.
