Reflection on Intellectual Capital Evaluation of Guangdong Province

摘要：

The eye-catching part of capital has been laid upon enterprise funds since the initiatory stage of capital acted as any assets to generate income flow.When the accumulated human working ability becomes a kind of capital just like material capital,Human Capital is gradually under the spotlight.Facts indicate that the development of human capital not only relies on individual endeavor,but also rests on organic combination of human and governmental capital and regional holistic economic development of external existent environment.The paper conducts a research on issues involving human resource development and management of Guangdong province from the perspective of intellectual capital evaluation.
