The Influencing FactorsAnalysis to the Development of Urban New Generation Productivity
At the beginning of 21st century,the new generation productivity(NGP)developed gradually with the representation of new economy such as Network Information Economy.Existed Electronic & information technology improved the manner of work enhanced efficiency of work but uncovered many problems which needed to be solved rapidly,such as information flood as to people cant find useful information,insular workers,organizatiom and systems are difficult to be integrated and linked,complex and lack of synergic function software increased the difficulty to improve work efficiency and so on.Therefore,it is the time to develop NGP.The paper studies the concept and characteristic of NGP,analyses the main factors which influences the development of NGP in the intensely competition and global economy environment,gives several advises to cities for developing NGP.
