The Analysis on Total Factor Productivity of Cities in China
Since economical reform,Chinas city development has gained enormous achievement with the great growth of its production value.Focusing on the researching on the 10 Chinas sample cities total factor productivity,this paper devotes to probing into its intensive level by qualitative and quantitative way.It deduces and mends the measurement model of total factor productivity suiting the characteristic of inputting and outputting patterns of chinas city.Then,it gets the every years DEA index value of 10 sample cities in the period of 1984-2003 through the above practical model,the DEA index of 10 sample cities shows a slow increase within three ladders during the above investigating period.By analysis it indicates that the economic increasing mode of some sample cities in China is still in the extensive stage.Then according to these starting points,some corresponding national and citizen countermeasures are forward.
