摘要：

Technology Foresight has been widely used to find research field and key technologies that can bring most benefit to the society.Many countries and districts have adopted Technology Foresight to make decisions in S&T management.It is also very important and necessary for Wuhan city,the biggest city of central China,to carry on the Technology Foresight project.
