System Analysis Model for Urban Core Competitiveness

摘要：

This paper gives the definition of urban core competence factor and points out that collectiveness and uniqueness ale the two characters of city core competence using the method of system analysis from the point of view of economics and tactic management.And basing on this paper builds the system analysis model for urban core competitiveness by improving the method of ELECTRE I.A case study on a city in China is given to illustrate the availability of the proposed model.
