Research on Fiscal Levy Policies about Promoting Enterprise Technological Progress

摘要：

It is of great significance to promote enterprise technological progress by consummating tax supporting policies for constructing innovate-intensive country.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following suggestions：fully elaborating financial resources guiding function；consummating fiscal levy policies on encouraging the combination of production,learning and research；adding tax supporting power on high and new-tech industries；adjusting tax policies to help sustain small and medium enterprise technological innovation.
