Research on the Trade Liberalization and the Income Disparity in China

摘要：

With the deepening of the wade liberalization,the citizensincome level in China has been increased.However,at the same time,the income disparity between the poor and rich has expanded also.The article studies the relationship between the wade liberation and the income disparity by substantial evidence analysis,and tries to prove the causality between them.The result of the Granger causality test shows that there is stable relationship between the expansion of Chinese income disparity represented by Gini coefficient and the wade liberalization degree represented by the dependence degree on foreign trade.Meanwhile when the lag duration is 1,the wade liberalization degree is the Granger cause of the income disparity degree.
