Fact of Public Service Reform in US and New Management Concept Emerging in China
Reflection on US Marketization of Public Service can be concluded two aspects: one is the view of New Public Management, which is focused on how to deal with four pairs of relationship among the practice of US public service reforms. The other is from the theory of New Public Service that is doubt of marketization and privatization. Both of them have implications to the construction of service-oriented government in China.
