A Discussion on the Advantages of Late-development

摘要：

This paper, expounds the connotation and origins of the Advantages Of late-development theory, basing on the analysis in Japanese and South Koreans economic development practice,expounds the basic prerequisite for realizing the advantages of late-development, discusses the factors which suppress the realization of the advantage of late-development, analyzes the common errors and misunderstandings.
