New Research on Leap and Leap Development

摘要：

The paper constructs a relatively integrated concept system of leap-development; suggests that the essential property of leap is acceleration, and adopts the method of kinematics studying for leap, leap-development, technical-leap, management-leap, capital-leap, etc.; and for the first time, putting forward the concept oftime-leap, space-leap, advanced-leap, advancing-leap,etc.
