On the Financing Problem of Financially Vulnerable Groups in China

摘要：

In China, there are some vulnerable groups whose financing demand has not been satisfied for a long period of time. We argue that in the process of reconstructing financial ecosystem, an inclusive and multi-level financial system should be established with the consideration of the vulnerable groups interest.This will not be only beneficial for improving financial system, but also significant for enhancing the vulnerable groups ability of self salvation from poverty and building a harmonious society. This paper defines the financially vulnerable groups, analyses the marginalized trend of these groups in Chinas financial development,comments on the present aiding policies of government and draws some policy implications.
