Present Condition of the Coordination Between Chinas Industrial Structure Evolution and Employment Structure Transform and Proposed Measures
The coordination of evolution between industrial structure and employment structure i.e.harmonious problem is concerned not only by all levels of government and business community as a practical problem,but also by economic theory sector as an important economic issue.These are of great theoretical and practical significance to study the present condition of the evolution between the industrial structure and employment structure,to research the relativity and coordinate development between industrial structure and employment in China,and to find out a development model that is beneficial to both highly economic development and solving un-employment problem.The paper investigates the present condition of the evolution between the industrial structure and employment structure in China,followed by comparative analyzing the relativity of Chinas industrial structure and employment structure between The East and west,and finally proposes some measures to speed up the upgrading of industrial structure and change employment structure in a benign cycle.
