Research of Salesman Performance Review Based on AHP Approach
For a company,salesmans performance review is a comprehensive estimate and analysis of salesman previous work.By doing performance review,company could help the salesman to find out why they succeeded or failed.It also helps to set a new sales target and adjust sale strategy if necessary.All these efforts could improve the effective of sales activities.This article did a study of the issues that normally see during salesmans performance review.Based on the issues study,the authors established a salesmans key performance review index system based on AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)approach and indicated how to utilize the information effectively and how to conduct a comprehensive performance review for salesman.
