Development of Tech-Innovation Paradigm in Small & Medium Private Enterprises:Evidence from Zhejiang Province

摘要：

This paper describes the development processes of Zhejiang Small & Medium Private Enterprises briefly.It has been summarized on SME innovation models based on investigations of 24 enterprise samples where have implemented innovations.The investigation results show that technological innovation paradigms have changed gradually recently.And it could be found that the reasons and conditions of the paradigm shift are caused by market competition,economic globalization and production costs,etc.
