Empirical Research on Technology Spillover Effects of FDI on State-Owned Industrial Firms:An Analysis Based on Simultaneous Equations Model
Based on the theoretic analysis,this paper studies technology spillover effects from FDI to state-owned industrial firms,using simultaneous equations model with panel data based on macro-data of Chinas industrial sectors.The result shows that FDI has significant positive technology spillover effects on state-owned firms,and these effects brought about competition,demonstration and linkage effects between state-owed and foreign-owned firms,but spillovers brought by human capital flow are not significant.
