Construction and Analysis of University Innovation System:the Case of Hubei Province

摘要：

With an observation of the theoretical foundation of University Innovation System (UIS),the paper constructs a model for UIS of Hubei Province which consists of four subsystems,namely knowledge innovation system,policy system,environment system and evaluation system.Then,the paper analyzes the current situation of the UIS construction in Hubei from the four sub-systems utilizing the UIS framework.Finally,it gives some suggestions on the development and operation of the UIS of Hubei.
