摘要：

Innovation has become a key source to win competitive advantage for any companies.R&D,as a crucial process of innovation,also becomes a key stage to make success.Through an empirical study,this paper is to investigate the critical factors affecting R&D projects and put forwards some suggestions to improve their performance.
