Research on the Sustainable Innovation Capability of Chinese Non-State-Owned Scientific-Technical Enterprises
Chinese non-state-owned scientific-technical enterprises(NSSTEs)have been playing a very important role in the national economic growth,social progress and regional economic development for more than 20 years.Although NSSTEs achieved significant innovation performantes,the lives of most enterprises were very short.Therefore,how to maintain innovation activities and promote sustainable innovation capability becomes the problem,which is urgent to be solved.After clarifying the concept of enterprise s sustainable innovation and sustainable innovation capability,this paper points out the necessity of fostering NSSTEs sustainable innovation capability,then analyses the present situation of Chinese NSSTEssustainable innovation capability from six aspects including input,execution of innovative projects,output,organization management,development,and environmental support to innovation.This paper establishes evaluation index system for NSSTE s sustainable innovation capability.Applying it to several NSSTEs in Zhenjiang city of Jiangsu province for an empirical research.According to the problems emerged from the empirical research,this paper puts forward new ideas for promoting NSSTEs sustainable innovation capability.
