The Model of Service Innovation in Commercial Banks
Based on the innovative activities of commercial banks in China,this article builds up a commercial banking service innovation model.It consists of six dimensions; they are new service culture,new service product,new organizational structure,new customer interface,information technology as well as strategy and coordination.The strategy and coordination serves as the core of the model.The managerial implication of this model is also discussed.
