Research on Cultivation and Effect of Angel Capital for New Hi-Tech Enterprises
Currently Angel Capital(AC)is extensively active in Europe and US.AC is an important financial resource for new hi-tech enterprises.The paper focuses on the effect of AC for New hi-tech enterprises to raise capital taking Zhejiang Province as an example by positivism analysis,and proposes that to cultivate AC market,we should implement stimulating profit tax policy related to AC,build AC information network to share resources,use internet to connect AC with new hi-tech enterprises,and establish a national systematic multi-level circulation capital market.
