Game Analysis of Organizational Knowledge Sharing Based on Bounded Rationality
Effectual knowledge management is the key to keeping an organization energetic and innovative,and sharing knowledge smoothly among organizational members is a prerequisite for the improvement of knowledge management.However,knowledge exchange among organizational members is gravely impeded by the fact that knowledge is of unusual characteristic and organizational resources are of scarcity.This article,based on the hypothesis that organizational members are of bounded rationality,by means of evolutionary game,analyzes the possible evolutionary stable strategies of knowledge sharing in different organization circumstances through the process of organizational members continuously learning and adjusting.The paper also puts forward countermeasures against being locked in inefficient knowledge sharing mode.
