Evaluation of the Technological Innovation Capability of Knowledge-Oriented Firms:A Resource-Based View
By identifying the relationship between firm resources and its technological innovation capability,this paper proposed that the technological innovation capability of knowledge-oriented firms is strictly related with their capabilities in accessing and developing resources.The evaluation of technological innovation capability can be done through the analysis of the types and the quantities of specific resources managed by a firm during its life cycle.By setting up an indicator system and comprehensive evaluation model for the technological innovation capability of such fLrms,the technological innovation capability of a knowledge-oriented firm is evaluated.
