Research on the Mechanism of Small-Medium Enterprises Clusters Absorption of Rural Labor Force for Employment
The formation of small-medium enterprise cluster can be divided into two kinds: crosswise and the longitudinal.No matter in which way it is,the essence of forming process of small-medium enterprise cluster is the extending and bettering process of the industrial value chain.Both crosswise gathering of similar enterprises and the longitudinal expansion of specialized enterprises make new job opportunities unceasingly increase,thus brings massive employment posts.Because small-medium enterprise cluster has the characteristics of lower employment threshold,rural area location,and relative employment stability,it has very strong absorption effect of rural labor force.
