Technical Risks Analysis of Large and Complex Product Development
In order to reduce the risks of developing a product,especially a large and complex product,technical risks must be analyzed.Based on the process system and product system of developing a product,the relevant technical risks will be broken down into process-related technical risks and product-related technical risks in this paper.On the one hand,the process-related technical risks are obtained through the analysis of process elements,i.e.,activities and the relationship between the activities; on the other hand,the product-related technical risks are acquired through the establishment of the Bayesian network model based on the risk factors which are obtained through the analysis of the product s structure,function and behavior.
