Technology-Acquisition and Reverse Tech-Innovation:A Research Based on the Manufacturing Industries in Northeast Area
Northeast area is an old industrial base with heavy industries as its main industry and dominated by state-owned economy.The innovation of manufacturing technology is the leading force in the advance of industries in Northeast.Under the open economy,technical resources from overseas are rare in Northeast area while the original foundation of technology supports the innovation of the manufacturing industry in this area.The inverse feature of the industrial technology innovation is attributed to such factors as Northeast economic development phase,the industrial foundation,the technical condition and the market environment.
