Determinant Factors of Inter-Organizational Learning in Technology Alliance

摘要：

Technology alliance grows quickly in high-tech fields,many technology alliances aim to acquire knowledge and information from partner finns,as a medium,inter-organizational learning plays a very important role in knowledge transfer,this paper constructs a research conceptual model from the angles of partner enterprise to analyze the influencing factors of inter-firm learning in technology alliance.In the model,three main factors including characteristic of partner enterprise,characteristics of interpartner relationship and characteristics of alliance conditions are analyzed to have effect on inter-organizational learning,while inter-organizational learning includes three phases: knowledge share,knowledge transfer and knowledge application.To ensure satisfactory alliance performance,managers need to be aware of the three characteristics of alliance conditions.
