Performance Evaluation of Supply Chain Based on the SCOR Model

摘要：

The role of the supply chain becomes increasingly important today,and the research of the enterprise supply chain performance is of great significance.This paper establishes the more advanced indicator evaluation system for supply chain based on the SCOR model,and applies Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation method on the basis of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Then we could obtain the whole complexion of the enterprise supply chain,which would supply the recommendations and reference for enterprise supply chain management and operation.
