A Study on Impetus of Business R&D Investment and Decision Making Risk Control
Innovation and business profitability are inter-dependent.The investment in R&D and innovation performances are also interrelated.However,it is not a positive correlation.On the one hand,business innovation and decisions on R&D investment lie on the expectation for the project s profit in the future.On the other hand,they lie on the evaluation on the risks of R&D investment.If we consider R&D investment as an investment project in decision-making and optimize it in the decision-making process,we are able to control the risks of R&D investment in one aspect so as to impose a positive influence on innovation.
