Game Analysis in Customer Knowledge Sharing Process
Customer knowledge sharing is that customer shares their own knowledge on product demands and characteristics with enterprise.Only really understand and master customer knowledge,enterprise can meet customer s demand to the limit and gain product innovation and competitive advantage in the fierce competition.The application of game theory can solve customer knowledge sharing problem.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the game trend and condition of customer knowledge sharing by applying game theory.On the basis of emphasizing the importance of customer knowledge sharing to enterprises,we apply game analysis method to analyze the process of knowledge sharing and create the game model between customers and enterprises.Then a solution is given to sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium in order to find the conditions to realize customer knowledge sharing.Finally,we analyze influences of gain and cost of knowledge sharing on customer knowledge sharing condition.The analysis results indicate that the impact factors of customer knowledge sharing condition are knowledge creation value and knowledge sharing costs of enterprise and customer.The important way to accelerate good and orderly development of customer knowledge sharing lies in increasing knowledge creation value and reducing knowledge sharing costs of enterprise and customer.The paper supplies theoretical basis and practical guide to promote customer knowledge sharing for enterprise manager.
