Improving the Talents Competitiveness of SMEs:An Ecological Perspective

Under the background of fierce competition at home and abroad,SMEs can develop continuously and rapidly only by retaining and continuing to attract the talents they need.After reviewing extant research on talents competition in SMEs,this paper puts forward the concept of Talents Ecological Environment in SMEs.On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the Talents Ecological Environment Competitiveness of SMEs,the article presents the hypotheses of talentsflow and establishes theoretical model of Talents Ecological Environment Competitiveness of SMEs on an ecological perspective.The model suggests that the mutual function of the factors including enterprise culture,salary and welfare system,education and training system,and entrepreneur decides the strength of the Talents Ecological Environment Competitiveness in SMEs.
