A Research on Sustainable Land Use in Yangtze River Delta District
There is enormous pressure on the supply of land resources in Yangtze River delta district at present.Sustainable land use in Yangtze River delta district is not satisfying which manifests in two aspects: firstly,the supply of land quantity doesnt meet the demand of economic development;secondly,the supply of land quality is also not sustainable.Because of fierce regional competition,low-level industrialization,inadequate protection of land ownership and unsound law protection of land quality,the land resources in Yangtze River delta district is becoming unsustainable.This paper intends to put forward some reasonable suggestion for sustainable land use in Yangtze River Delta.Based on the cause analysis of above problems,it gives some suggestions as following: firstly,Chinese central government should restrict the excessive regional competition strictly;secondly,central government should also strengthen the protection of collective land ownership;thirdly,China must enact the special law of land pollution prevention immediately.
