The latest circumstances of a mobile phone and possibility of application to telemedicine and telecare
Nowadays,the diffusion of the mobile phone is one a person.The mobile phone has a variety of multimedia functions in addition to the voice call function.Now,the mobile phone has evolved to the computer,which people can carry anywhere.A mobile phone has been concerned about bad influence of an electromagnetic wave,and it has been kept at a distance from the medical industry.However,finally,the research of applying the mobile phone to the field of the telemedicine began to start for several reasons,which are evolution of a communication method,power-saving,and an anti-electromagnetic wave measure of the medical equipment side.We suggest how we can apply a mobile phone to a field of medical care,health,and the welfare in the country while we arrange the latest function of a mobile phone,and introducing overseas studies to this area.
