Region Segmentation of CT Colonography Using Stool Tagging Method to Improve the Electronic Bowel Cleansing

摘要：

CT colonogmphy uses stool tagging method also known as the second major method of examination wherein bowel cleansing is needed.In order to present good electronic bowel cleansing,each of the four difficult conditions of 3-D area for cleansing is solved.The purpose of our study is to solve the partial volume effect that occurs while making the electronic cleansing by considering the four difficult conditions of 3-D area.Our method for solving the four difficult conditions of 3-D area for cleansing is focused on accurate boundary classification in order to present a good result of electronic bowel cleansing.
