Adaptation Process on Reaching Movement with Upper Limb Under Spatial and Temporal Alternation Environment
We investigated the speed of adaptation to spatial and temporal alternation.Adaptation to both types of alternation occurred, but temporal adaptation was relatively slow.A 1000 ms delayed visual feedback slows down the learning of the corrective movement.NIRS measurement was performed simultaneously and the results suggest that the prefrontal cortex is related to the recalibration process of visuomotor mapping.
