Optimal Choice of Color Spaces in Tongue Images

摘要：

As computer technology develops,Computerized Tongue Diagnosis (CTD) attracts more and more attention.In CTD,optimal color space choosing plays a very important role.This paper presents a performance evaluation of fifteen different color spaces for the classification of tongue images.Two different tests are implemented:one is based on supervised classification;the other is using unsupervised Fuzzy C-Mean (FCM) method.The results suggest that CIELab is the preferable color spaces for tongue image analysis.
