Application of Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensor in Detecting 3-Nitro-tyrosine

This paper describes the sensing characteristics of a surface plasmon resonance(SPR)immunosensor based on self-assembled monolayer(SAM)for detection of 3-nitro-L-tyrosine(3-NT).The inhibition of SPR response increased with the concentration of 3-NT in sample solution.The immunosensor chip showed a low detection limit of 2 ng/ml under 20-min sampling of Ab(3-NT).Working concentration range of the sensor system covers a wide concentration region from 2 to 1000 ng/ml.Ab(3-NT)bound to the sensor chip during an immunoassay could be detached by three regeneration solutions.0.1 M NaOH solution with 0.05 % Triton X-1O0 showed the best regeneration performance.
