Review on Resting State fMRI Data Analysis
In recent years, resting state of human brain has attracted a significant amount of research interest. Most researchers found low frequency fluctuation among certain regions of cortex during resting, and argued that there is a Resting State Network or Default Mode Network in human brain.Resting state networks can be applied to study the functional connectivity of specific human brain, including Alzheimers disease, autism, schizophrenia, etc.Resting state fMR1 dataanalysis requires unique image processing methodology. In this paper,we focus on several effective methodologies for resting state fMRI data analysis. We also bring forth the active map of Default Mode Network based on resting state fMRI data acquired at Xiamen No 2 Hospital.
