Packed-Fiber Solid Phase Extraction for Determination of Retinoids as Novel Neurosignaling Molecules in Human Plasma
In this study,a novel simple and rapid packed-fiber solid phase extraction(PFSPE)procedure based on electrospun nanofibers for simultaneous determination of retinoids(retinol and retinyl esters)in human plasma has been developed and validated.Parameters affecting extraction efficiency were investigated in detail.PFSPE could significantly simplify the traditional LLE and SPE process for cutting extraction time,in turn improve the sensitivity and reproducibility.It is believed that the assays described here would be great helpful to elucidating retinoids metabolism mechanism and other function with accurate data.
