HPLC-FLU Detection of Cortisoi in Human Hair
This paper screens optimum extraction regents for the identification of cortisol in human hair based on high-performance liquid chromatography in combination with fluorescence detector(HPLC-FLU).Among our tested regents including Soerensen buffer,0.1 M HCI,0.1 M NaOH and enzymatic hydrolysis,0.1M HCI showed best extraction efficiency for extractingcortisol in human hair.The cortisol in black hair ofChinese male was 7.3±1.3 pg/mg.
