A Sensitive Method for Detection of Neuron Active Molecules

摘要：

Analytical methods for the determination of monoamines,dopamine(DA), epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),and serotonin(5-HT),and hormone,cortisol were presented.Novel PFSPE (packed-fiber solid phase extraction)has been introduced.By means of this method,neuron active molecules mentioned above could be analyzed in low cost,with high sensitivity.Especialy,cortisol level in non-invasive sample,such as saliva and hair samples could be determined using high performance liquid chromatography in combination with a fluorescence detector.Some aspects of electrochemical technique were also described.
