The Discussion on Exploitation and Construction Mode of Logistics Park in China

摘要：

The choice of Logistics Park development mode is a key problem which effects the realization of accumulative effect of logistics activities,comprehensive logistics service function and sustainable development of Logistics Park,etc.So firstly the form of Logistics Park is elaborated,and then the problems exist in the process of Logistics Park in China such as the single and promiscuous exploitation principal part of Logistics Park and laggard management mode are analyzed.Through the analysis, Management Committee+Professional Operation Business development mode with Chinese characteristics is put forward.
