Build SCM in Conjunction with Process Integration

摘要：

Supply chain management(SCM)is the main path that the enterprise replies to market variety in 21century.To adopt SCM mode it should thoroughly reform and integrate all the existing processes based on the order of customers.Such process integration should be based on the correct analysis of the relationship between processes.This study identified the need-supply relationship of inter processes of enterprise,and suggested the approach to process integration.The objectives of this study are (1)literature reviews on supply chain;(2)to build need-supply relationship model of the business processes;(3)to suggest the approach to process integration based on need-supply relationship;(4)to propose management system suitable to integrated processes.
