What and How Can We Learn from ZARA

摘要：

The paper analyzed four key links and concluded three of the advanced ideas by searching on the efficient supply chain of ZARA which is the well-known world-level garment brand.Then the paper releases to the public what is possible for those Chinese costume enterprises which can borrow the successful experience from ZARA and what is impossible to imitate ZARA for aims to propose some constructive suggestions for the development of domestic costume enterprises.
