Analysis of the Information Flow Control Model in the Supply Chain

摘要：

There are three types of information flow control models in supply chains,which are dispersive control model,centralized control model and comprehensive coordination model.This paper quantitatively calculates the organization structures order degree of these three types of information flow control models based on the relative theory and calculation method about entropy,and gives advice for the selection of information control models in the practical supply chain.
