Design of a cooperative organization for a machines life cycle based service provision
Since the industrial market has developed largely from national into international,the products from mass production to customized individual production,as well as the customer requirements,which have changed from cost-driven to availability-driven,certain circumstances can be figured out.The enterprises are partly forced to pay attention to the life cycle of machines.On that account,the industrial service is becoming more and more important for customers and enterprises in order to enhance the machine′s availability.But due to the different allocations of the machines users and the different conditions of the machines,it is difficult for a enterprises to organize the services alone,which should be provided to the customers in a high quality,short time and at a low price.The problems,which always appear,are related to such as “how to understand the customs demanding correctly“, how to construct competence and location of the service providerand “how to plan and control the service provision.This can be apprehended as a lack of methodical procedure to organize an appropriate service.In order to provide services efficiently,therefore,it is necessary to design a structure to provide a service product to be at a right time at the right place for customers.The article to be launched describes a concept to design a cooperatively organizational structure for service provision alongside the machines Life-Cycle on the basis of the serviceoriented process analyses.
